Es sind die Themen der Literatur, des Theaters, der Oper, des Films/Fernsehens ja der Menschen an sich, die den Künstler Viktor Cleve beschäftigen und die er in seinen Werkphasen verarbeitet.
Liebe und Leben, Tod und Teufel, Mythologien, Erzählungen, Geschichte und Geschichten.
Die großen und kleinen Dramen und Komödien des Lebens sind der Fundus aus dem er schöpft.

Der Künstler Viktor Cleve war nach einer Ausbildung zum Goldschmied und dem Studium der Visuellen Kommunikation, das er mit Diplom beendete, zunächst in Werbeagenturen als Art Director tätig. Danach arbeitete er freiberuflich als Art Director und Illustrator, konzentrierte sich aber immer mehr auf sein künstlerisches Schaffen. Er verfügt über langjährige Ausstellungserfahrung in Deutschland, Österreich und Niederlande. Erhielt den Sonderpreis der Stadt Lemgo und eine Auszeichnung beim Kunstwettbewerb des Justizministerium Berlin.
Er lebt und arbeitet in Essen und ist Mitglied im „Bundesverband Bildender Künstler“ BBK und „Ruhrländischer Künstlerbund“

After his apperenticeship as a goldsmith and the study of visual communication, which he finished with diploma, the artist Viktor Cleve first worked in advertising agencies as an art director. He then worked freelance as an art director and illustrator, but increasingly focused on his artistic work. He has many years of exhibition experience in Germany, Austria and the Netherlands. Received the special award of the city of Lemgo and an award at the competition of the Ministry of Justice of Berlin.
He lives and works in Essen and is a member of the „Bundesverband Bildender Künstler“ BBK and „Ruhrländischer Künstlerbund“
